No, the pins, pendants and ornaments are made when you place your order. Please allow 10 - 14 days for the production of your order PLUS shipping time to receive your order. Not all breeds show the different options available in the square pins and ornaments. To get an idea of how the pin or ornament would look browse though some of the other breeds that show some of the options available. The head pin shows the head only. The full size pendant has a hidden ceramic loop. The dog ornaments have the same size dog as the pin.
Please note: If your dog is a solid color there is no additional charge for custom painting. Custom painting only applies to matching the markings of your dog. If the color you want isn't listed, you can specify the color in the notes section when you check out or attach a photo to show the color. You can also specify the color by browsing the other breeds we offer and put in the comments section - paint color of photo on "X-breed", please specify the color as some pages show different colors.

Yes. There is a flat fee of $10.00 for international shipping for orders up to $500.00 worth of products. You would need to place an additional order for orders above $500.00.


We cannot guarantee when you will receive your package, as some countries will hold packages in customs before they are delivered.

All items are returnable providing they are in the same condition as when you received them. Should you need a different size please specify which size and include a check for the price difference. If the item is less than what you are returning, we will send you a check for the difference along with your shipment. In the event you just want your money back instead of an exchange we will refund your money.
